Titanium

Our business is built on Titanium, the 22nd element of the periodic table and a material with outstanding qualities. Titanium is one of the strongest and most durable metals known to man. It is about 45% lighter than stainless steel and equally strong. It will resist environmental challenges such as saltwater indefinitely. Titanium does not corrode in the human body and thus forms the basis of many medical implants.

Titanium is used for lightweight constructions and fits very well to Carbon Fiber Composites. Due to its visually pleasing appearance and unique properties, Titanium also has a broad use in high quality consumer goods.

Some of its alloys are highly temperature resistant, which warrants its extensive use in the construction of jet engines and other high performance parts. However, it’s processing requires a high degree of specialized knowledge.
