We offer different classes of molding tools and molding methods. They are distinguished by the precision and hardness of the tool and process automations determined by the part’s requirements.
Prototypes can be made with 3D printed or traditionally manufactured inserts in a family molding tool. It´s less expensive and gives you a good indication for Engineering Verification Tests (EVT). Quantities range from 10 to 100 parts.
Part volumes for small runs ranging from 100 to 5,000 parts can be made with machined inserts in family-type molding tools.
