The Ti PM products manufactured by Element22 have been implanted in the human body since 2006, with the first FDA approval in 2012.
We use high precision inspection equipment. With in-depth experience in process capability and materials science, we are able to fully characterize the products including dimensional reports, microstructural material analysis, chemical and mechanical analysis, hardness, fatigue and many more.
